One of the hallmarks of systems engineering is the attention paid the whole life cycle of the system under development (requirements right through to retirement) - stakeholders for each stage of the product life cycle are identified, etc.
As a Business Analyst, how can you ensure that a stake holder is not missed? I ask this in relation to an item I saw online recently:
